Hash Browns

For those of you who have had these, I've heard wonderful reviews about them. I, personally think they're wonderful.

Prep time: 20 minutes-30 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
3 Idaho potatoes
1 tsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Cooking

1. Peel your 3 potatoes
2. Cut them into quarters
3. Grate them *
4. Squeeze all the water out of them with paper towels
5. Set them on a tray
6. More 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan on high height until it has reached a boil **
7. Put in the grated potatoes, making sure it is no more then 1/2 an inch thick in any place
8. Season them with salt and pepper ***
9. Once it is a golden-brown on one side, flip it****
10. Once it is golden-brown on the other side, put it on a plate and Bon appetite!

* Just a little tip, when I do it, I use my food processor with the grater insert in
** You know when the oil has reached a boil because it will shimmer
*** Potatoes don't have a lot of flavor, so use a lot of salt
****If you can't flip it in the pan, flip it onto a plate
