Bruschetta

As I said in the previous post, I will give you my bruschetta recipe.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients*
Bread
1 tomato
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
6-8 fresh basil leaves

Cooking

1. Wash and dice** the tomatoes
2. Mince*** the garlic
3. Chop the basil
4. Put it all in a bowl
5. Cut the bread into small, thin slices
6. Brush olive oil on****
7. Lightly toast the bread
8. Put on the toppings in the bowl and enjoy!
* Feel free to add any ingredients that you think would be good. For example, I have made this recipe, but put in cucumber
** Dicing means to cut something into tiny cubes
*** Mincing means to grind
**** This is easiest with a cooking brush
